What You Will Do

  • Screen email and phone calls

  • Perform repetitive administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Navigate and execute long checklists of items required to save and store for every real estate transaction we process

  • ensure the accuracy of all client and property info for each transaction (IE quality control)

  • Make regular social media posts as directed (we create content you execute)

  • Ensure every new lead is followed up according to our systems.

  • Manage our google calendar, appointments, and schedule ensuring we stay on task and are never surprised by anything

  • Assist us with personal administrative work like making restaurant reservations, booking personal apts, etc.

  • Maintain QuickBooks accounting for the Arias Realty Group (training provided)

Experience / Skills You Need

  • Tech-savvy fast learner

  • At least two years of experience working for a US-based company during US business hours

  • Backup power and internet systems from your place or work

  • A dedicated, quiet space to work (not sharing workspace with family or other workers)

  • Fluent English. Spanish a plus.

  • Hours are apx 9am-6pm P.S.T. time

  • Fast internet connection and fully functioning, modern computer system

  • Previous experience working within US-based real estate a plus but not required

  • SUPER organized

  • Enjoy repetitive administrative tasks
